Lida Mohammadi

Lida Mohammadi is a Licensed Architect registered with Ontario Association of Architects (OAA) and as an Associate Architect with American Institute of Architects (AIA). She is professionally experienced in the field of architecture, with more than 20 years in Canada and internationally experienced Architect in Iran. She has an extensive experience in design, preparation of Construction Documents, Contract Administration and project management for a wide range of institutional, assembly, commercial and residential projects. She has the ability to work with the existing conditions and tight budgets.

Skills: Creation on designing and problem solving, Feasibility studies, careful review on alternatives to select the best approach for each project from inception to completion, time management skills required for tendering process. Transforming an idea to a concept design and furthermore to construction documents/drawings, considering legal requirements, applicable zoning standards/ OBC and pre-approvals with reliable co-ordination in addition to managing communications with clients and consultants.
Skilled Contract Administrator with thorough understanding of construction procurement, bidding procedure and finally contract administration functions (office and site).

Drafting computer skills: AutoCAD 2019, R-form, Photoshop and MS-Office applications. Education: Master’s degree in architecture which has been evaluated by CACB through passing two major courses in University of Toronto.
